When you submit a request: identity details (name, date of birth, SSN, address), income information, and checking account details — the data lenders legally require to evaluate and fund a personal loan. When you browse: standard technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed) used for security and site operation.
We collect only what the matching purpose requires. This site deliberately has no account system, no login, and no profile to maintain — a design choice explained on the FAQ — because data that is never stored beyond its purpose is data that cannot leak from a purpose it never had.
How We Use It
Request data is transmitted securely to lenders in the Cashera Capital network for matching and evaluation. Technical data supports security, fraud prevention, and site improvement. We do not sell your personal information as a standalone mailing list.
Who Sees It
Network lenders evaluating your request; service providers that operate the platform under confidentiality obligations; and authorities where the law requires it. Lenders who receive your request retain what their own compliance rules mandate, under their own privacy policies, which their offers link.
Once you proceed with a specific lender, that lender's privacy policy governs the relationship from its final application onward — read it at e-sign the way you read the fee table. Requests that never become loans simply expire, as the FAQ describes.
How We Protect It
Encrypted transmission, restricted access on a need-to-operate basis, and retention limited to legal and operational requirements. Your habits complete the protection: submit from your own device, never share details with unsolicited callers, and verify any contact independently.
Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention duties, by emailing [email protected]. You may decline any offer, and declining ends the request. Depending on your state, additional rights may apply — reach out and we will walk through what applies to you.
