Cashera operates a free loan connection service: we transmit your request to lenders in the Cashera Capital network and present any offers that return. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and are not a party to any loan agreement you sign.
2. Using the Service
You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to submit a request, and the information you provide must be accurate and yours. Submitting a request authorizes the soft-inquiry matching step and transmission of your data to network lenders as the Privacy Policy describes.
Accuracy is both a term and a kindness to yourself: misstated income or identity details stall or void requests, and knowingly false information in a credit application carries legal consequences that no website's terms need to add to.
3. No Guarantee of Offers or Terms
Submitting a request does not guarantee offers, approval, amounts, rates, or timing. Offers depend on lender participation, state licensing, and your profile. All figures on this site — examples, ranges, calculator outputs — are estimates and educational content, not commitments.
4. Your Agreement Is With the Lender
Any loan you accept creates a contract between you and that licensed lender alone. Its terms — APR, fees, schedule, remedies — are stated in its agreement, which controls over anything on this site. Read it before signing; the glossary exists to make that reading easy.
